The Garden Condos is a 48-unit condominium community located in the downtown El Batey area of Sosúa, on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, also known as the Amber Coast. Its prime location allows guests to enjoy everything within walking distance. Just five minutes from the resort’s entrance, you will find Sosúa’s beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, casinos, and vibrant nightlife.
The Garden Condos offers a private, quiet, and secure environment, surrounded by a spacious, well-maintained tropical park. The property features one of the largest swimming pools in the area, a poolside BBQ with covered dining space, 24-hour security, laundry services, and attentive on-site staff. Thanks to its central location, guests typically do not need a car, although secure private parking is available if required.
